- Wrong Address: If the order hasn’t shipped, contact us to update the address. After shipping, we can’t take responsibility.

Returns: Due to hygiene, we can’t accept returns on lip glosses. If items are damaged or lost in transit, contact us for a resolution.

Hair Oil Instructions: Apply 2–3 times weekly to scalp, ideally at night. Avoid daily use on strands; best before washing. Lavender helps relaxation
